About Neighborhood Painter

Neighborhood Painter is locally-owned and operated by Dan Pyawasay since 2017. Dan has more than a decade of painting experience and is passionate about helping people achieve their home goals — whether that’s revitalizing their space with interior paint services, changing the feel of their kitchen with cabinet painting, increasing their curb appeal with exterior painting services, putting in a fresh coat to help increase sale value, or any other number of things. 

Dan lives in the Franklin, Wisconsin area but offers his services all around the Greater Milwaukee area, including Milwaukee and Waukesha County.

Neighborhood Painter is named because Dan’s approach is a combination of friendly and professional. He is a family man that believes in offering a service that’s of the highest professional quality at a reasonable price. Good communication and cleaning up after the project are also some of his top priorities.
